How do I make a return?

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed by 11am CST Monday – Friday will be processed for shipping within 1-3 days. Please allow 7-10 days for standard mail delivery.  If you can’t wait that long for your FlipStand, no worries, expedited shipping is available for a couple of extra strokes

Any orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day

Where is the FlipStand manufactured?

We are proud to say the FlipStand is manufactured in the USA in Xenia, Ohio

Do you Ship overseas?

We are currently unable to support international shipping.  However, we are working to get our products to all our customers around the world

What is your pricing, payment, and refund process?

All prices on our website are denoted in US dollars.  We offer various payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Diners Club, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay.  Any refunds or credits will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note all purchases may be subject to applicable state sales tax at checkout.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

To ensure the security of our customers, Up on Game cannot modify or redirect the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.  We strictly ship to the address provided during checkout, which must correspond with the billing address.  However, you can approve for pickup at the carrier location through the carrier service

What shipping methods are available?

If you would like expedited shipping, we offer faster services via UPS and USPS at an additional cost; you are able to select your shipping preferences at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you with your order details

Lost or stolen packages

Up on Game is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier and flipstandgolf@gmail.com to initiate a UPS or USPS claim.

What are your Customer Service hours?

Customer Service is available between 9am – 5pm CST Monday through Friday.  Please allow up to 3 business days for a respond to your initial inquiry.
